Dynamic Design Software ("we," "us") operates easytrackingsoftware.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and demo request forms. When you use our Contact or Request Live Demo form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, city or police department, subject, and message.

• Website usage data. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies, and our website platform (Wix) collects basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. Essential cookies are always on. Marketing, functional, and analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to respond to your questions, schedule demonstrations, and provide information about our software. We use usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which processes form submissions and site analytics on our behalf under its own privacy practices (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy-policy).

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choices through the cookie banner or your browser settings. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and we will honor those requests.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
